3) Gently place a little pressure on your grip and move your grip upwards
4) Just before you reach the head part, release your grip
5) Relax your organ by slightly massaging it
Repeat the above process 15 times a day. What this does is to naturally promote a better blood circulation and blood flow to your organ, which aids in developing its size as well as health.
